Abstract
Restaging MRI has low accuracy for the prediction of the pathologic T and N classifications in rectal cancer patients who received preoperative CRT. The diagnostic accuracy of restaging MRI is relatively high in rectal cancer patients who achieved clinical downstaging after CRT.
