Abstract
The data suggest that constitutively upregulated autocrine/paracrine secretion of EGF receptor ligands, especially ARG from K-Ras mutated cells, mediates radioresistance in Rasmt-cells through stimulation of EGFR-PI3K-AKT pathway.
