Abstract
- The effects of CBD were investigated using optical, electrophysiological, and biochemical methods.
- CBD decreased the myocyte shortening and Ca2+transients and inhibited L-type Ca2+channels.
- The results suggest that CBD inhibits L-type Ca2+channels and excitation-contraction coupling.
