Abstract
- Human mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs) suppressed T cell proliferation and survival.
- The inhibitory effect of MSCs was mediated by CXCL3 and CXCR2 induction on T cells.
- This MSC-mediated T cells suppression influenced anti-tumor activity in vivo.
- Our study may provide useful information on MSC-mediated mechanism for tumor growth.
