Abstract
⺠Chronic progressive MS patient PBMC has an anergic response to mitogen. ⺠Mitogen response is reversed after treatment with high dose antigen. ⺠Increased circulation of CD4+CD25hiFoxP3+ in patients after treatment. ⺠CD25 (IL2RA) increase after treatment could be leading to control of free IL2. ⺠IFN-γ could be signaling a return of immune regulation.
