Abstract
⺠We investigate the role of Trib3 in mouse bone marrow-derived mast cells (BMMCs). ⺠Trib3 expression is positively regulated by interleukin-3 (IL-3). ⺠BMMCs originating from Trib3-deficient mice display reduced viability when deprived of IL-3. ⺠Trib3 deletion impairs BMMC degranulation and cytokine mRNA induction in response to IgE-dependent activation.
