Abstract
⺠PPAR-γ agonists has been raised to control eosinophil-mediated inflammatory diseases. ⺠15d-PGJ2 and rosiglitazone reduced the eosinophil migration and eosinopoiesis. ⺠IgE was decreased only after the administration of 15d-PGJ2 due to B-cell inhibition. ⺠The IL-5, IL-33, IL-17, and IL-23 was decreased after PPAR-γ administration.
