Abstract
⺠DCs transduced with lentiviral vector targeting RelB using RNAi (DCs-miR RelB) were resistant to maturation induction. ⺠DCs-miR RelB could induce Ag specific hyporesponsiveness in TNs and non-Ag specific hyporesponsiveness in TMs. ⺠An alter patter of miR-181a induced by DCs-miR RelB could be associated with the proliferation of TNs and TMs. ⺠An alter patter of miR-155 induced by DCs-miR RelB could be associated with the cytokine secretion of TNs and TMs. ⺠DCs-miR RelB significantly reduced the intracellular Ca2+ level of TNs and TMs.
