Abstract
⺠β-catenin stabilization in the skeletal muscle resulted in neonatal lethality. ⺠Mutant mice displayed abnormal innervation pattern. ⺠Formation and function of the NMJ was normal. ⺠β-catenin functions through non-cell autonomous mechanisms to regulate innervation pattern.
