Abstract
⺠E-cadherin regulates dental epithelial stem cell progeny proliferation and migration in the mouse incisor. ⺠FGF3 and FGF10, and their antagonists encoded by the Sprouty genes, control E-cadherin expression in the incisor. ⺠Acute blockade of the MAP kinase pathway in adult incisors affects migration of the stem cell progeny.
