Abstract
⺠Time resolved analysis of Fgf and Wnt signaling in the zebrafish tailbud. ⺠Fgf and Wnt pathways are intertwined via protein phosphorylation. ⺠Fgf and Wnt pathways are also intertwined via transcriptional regulation. ⺠Fgf and Wnt have opposing effects on most transcriptionally co-regulated genes.
