Abstract
⺠We have developed a novel fluorescent reporter for dynamic cell cycle analysis. ⺠CycleTrak consists of a single plasmid vector and semi-automated quantitative tools. ⺠CycleTrak provides a simultaneous readout of G1 and cell nucleus position. ⺠We validated CycleTrak in vitro and an in vivo chick embryo model of metastasis. ⺠Advances current methods by allowing dynamic cell cycle readout and tracking.
