Abstract
⺠Arginylation is essential for embryogenesis. ⺠Arginylation regulates heart development, angiogenesis, and tissue morphogenesis. ⺠Arginylation is mediated by arginyltransferase (ATE1). ⺠Arginylation regulates abundance, molecular interactions and functions of many proteins in vivo.
