Abstract
âºHow the atypical cadherin Flamingo regulates neurite growth is poorly understood. âºWe show that prickle, a PCP gene, interacts with flamingo to promote axon growth. âºThe cytoplasmic tail of the Flamingo protein is not required for this interaction. âºDishevelled, another core PCP gene, is probably involved in this process.
