Abstract
⺠SPE-38 regulates the localization of TRP-3/SPE-41 channel in sperm. ⺠SPE-38 physically interacts with TRP-3/SPE-41. ⺠Both N- and C-termini of SPE-38 are important for fertility. ⺠The calcium influx remain unperturbed in spe-38 mutant sperm.
