Abstract
⺠Multiple imaging approaches describe Drosophila CNS midline glial development. ⺠Different groups of midline glia collectively migrate in different directions. ⺠Midline glia migrate to specific positions surrounding the axon commissures. ⺠Suggests the existence of specific cues that guide the migration of midline glia. ⺠Individual midline glia extend elaborate membrane processes.
