Abstract
⺠The LIM adaptor protein, LMO4, is essential for NC development. ⺠Morpholino-mediated knockdown of LMO4 leads to loss of NC precursor formation. ⺠LMO4 induces Slug and Snail, but inhibits expression of other NC-GRN components. ⺠LMO4 binds Slug and Snail proteins and modulates their function.
