Abstract
⺠Vertebrate forelimb girdle muscles develop through 3 mechanisms all. ⺠Tbx5 controls all components of the pectoral girdle. ⺠Muscular diaphragm development is controlled by Tbx5. ⺠Sternum development is controlled by Tbx5.
