Abstract
⺠Quantitative hindbrain vascular development characterization with cellular resolution. ⺠The hindbrain vasculature expands primarily via cell migration, not proliferation. ⺠Multi-stage characterization of the hindbrain's neurovascular anatomy. ⺠Major neuronal clusters and axons of the hindbrain unaffected by lack of endothelium. ⺠Endothelial absence impairs optic tectum and cerebellar morphogenesis.
