Abstract
⺠Clinical and environmental isolates of Aspergillus fumigatus contain mycoviruses. ⺠Effects of chrysovirus- and partitivirus-infection were compared in isogenic lines. ⺠Both viruses impact the phenotype and the growth of A. fumigatus. ⺠The chrysovirus did not impact the murine virulence of A. fumigatus.
