Abstract
⺠The cdc14A280V allele has a mutation in the phosphatase domain. ⺠The cdc14A280V allele was employed to study CLB function at mitotic exit. ⺠Clb1 has the greatest effect on controlling cell cycle progression. ⺠Clb1 and Clb3 prevent the execution of cytokinesis. ⺠Clb2 exerts the greatest effect on actin ring formation.
