Abstract
⺠PMKT has been reported to have antimicrobial activity against yeasts. ⺠Higher doses of PMKT were ionophoric whereas lower doses were proapoptotic. ⺠The transcriptional response was also different when low or high doses were used. ⺠Genes related with oxidative stress were transcribed in response to proapototic doses.
