Abstract
- Cone synapse localization of antigen markers was assayed in mouse and macaque.
- α-n-catenin, γ-protocadherin and cadherin 8 are concentrated at the cone synapse.
- β-catenin, MAGI2 and CASK are localized at rod and cone synapses.
- Assayed antigens do not differentiate blue from blue/green or green cones.
