Abstract
⺠We found that Rgs5â/â facilitated ventricular arrhythmogenesis through increased dispersion of repolarization. ⺠Rgs5â/â prolonged cardiac repolarization through attenuated voltage dependent K+ currents. ⺠RGS5 protein may be a new upstream regulator on cardiac electrophysiological disorder and arrhythmia.
