Abstract
► We found that Rgs5−/− facilitated ventricular arrhythmogenesis through increased dispersion of repolarization. ► Rgs5−/− prolonged cardiac repolarization through attenuated voltage dependent K+ currents. ► RGS5 protein may be a new upstream regulator on cardiac electrophysiological disorder and arrhythmia.
