Abstract
⺠Intracellular redox status is tightly controlled by oxidant and anti-oxidant systems. ⺠Redox post-translational modification is an important signal transduction process in cardiovascular systems. ⺠Various alterations of protein function are dependent upon the specificity of redox post-translational modification. ⺠Modern techniques have been successfully applied to identify redox-sensitive proteins.
