Abstract
⺠The pathogenesis of doxorubicin-induced cardiotoxicity is complex and multifactorial. ⺠Oxidative stress is a major cause of doxorubicin-induced cardiotoxicity. ⺠Doxorubicin-induced heart failure can appear very late after the last administration. ⺠There is no specific curative or preventive treatment available.
