Abstract
⺠Cytochalasin D at 0.5 μM preserves morphology and function of cardiomyocytes in culture. ⺠Actin remodelling precedes T-tubular remodelling in ventricular myocytes. ⺠Cytochalasin D can act as a pharmacological tool to study cardiomyocyte remodelling.
