Abstract
⺠Absence of fibulin-2 in mice improved survival after myocardial infarction (MI) [82]. ⺠Absence of fibulin-2 attenuated ECM remodeling and preserved LV function after MI [84]. ⺠Fibulin-2 modulated angiotensin II-induced TGF-β signaling in vitro [70]. ⺠Inhibition of fibulin-2 may be beneficial in preventing heart failure after MI [81].
