Abstract
⺠ENTPDase-1 over expression protects the myocardium from ischemia-reperfusion injury. ⺠ENTPDase-1 mediated cardiac protection involves signaling through the adenosine A2B receptors. ⺠ENTPDase-1-mediated cardiac protection involves AKT and ERK1/2 activation. ⺠ENTPDase-1-mediated cardiac protection involves GSK-3β inactivation.
