Abstract
⺠Combinatorial screen of transcription factors for reprogramming to cardiomyocytes. ⺠Tbx5, Mef2c, Myocd was most efficient to induce Myh6, Myl2, Actc1, Nkx2.5, Scn5a. ⺠Tbx5, Mef2c, Gata4 lacked upregulation of Myl2. ⺠Reprogramming of NCFs resulted in functional cells having action potentials. ⺠In contrast, no function cells were obtained when reprogramming TTFs.
