Abstract
⺠BKCa and ICl.vol channels participate in regulating proliferation of cultured human cardiac fibroblasts. ⺠INa has no effect on cell proliferation. ⺠Regulation of cell proliferation by BKCa and ICl.vol channels is related to promotion of cell cycle progression. ⺠The effect is mediated by modulating cyclin D1 and cyclin E expression.
