Abstract
âºFKBP12.6D37S increased post-rest Ca transients and SR Ca content in vivo. âºFKBP12.6D37S decreased SR Ca leak in failing CaMKII TG mice. âºContractility or hypertrophy did not improve with FKBP12.6D37S. âºTAC-induced morphological remodelling was not susceptible to FKBP12.6D37S.
