Abstract
⺠We previously obtained DNA fragments with ERE using a recombinant ER protein. ⺠One of the obtained DNA fragments with ERE was located in TRPM2 gene. ⺠We confirmed estrogen-dependent enhancer activity of ERE of the TRPM2. ⺠TRPM2 mRNA expression in human endometrial cells increased by estrogen treatment.
