Abstract
⺠ANGPT1 was increased in FF and in granulosa-lutein cells from OHSS patients. ⺠Incubation of FF with an ANGPT1 inhibitor decreased endothelial cell migration. ⺠In the OHSS rat model, mTie-2 protein levels increased and PDGF-B and -D decreased. ⺠These results show a greater biological activity of ANGPTs/Tie-2 system in OHSS. ⺠PDGF-B and -D levels could be linked with the increased permeability in OHSS.
