Abstract
⺠Unlike in mammals, the AT2 of eel involves a classical cAMP signaling pathway. ⺠Eel AT2 is localized at spleen ellipsoid and straight arterioles. ⺠Selectivities of eel AT2 towards Ang II, Ang III, and Ang IV were identified. ⺠AT2/cAMP signaling was demonstrated in spleen primary culture. ⺠Various aspects of AT2s between teleosts and mammals were compared.
