Abstract
⺠Fibrosis of the airways is an important aspect of asthma pathology. ⺠Fibrotic remodeling is regulated by asthma associated genes, including relaxin. ⺠New therapies may target pathways (e.g. TGFβ-Smad pathway) regulated by relaxin.
