Abstract
⺠Gastrin 17 dose-dependently increase NO production in coronary endothelial cells. ⺠Both CCK1 and CCK2 subtypes receptors are involved in gastrin 17 effects. ⺠PKA and, slightly, PKC are the downstream effectors of CCK receptors activation. ⺠eNOS activation by gastrin 17 is dependent on ERK, Akt and p38 phosphorylation.
