Abstract
⺠Dual inhibition of mTOR with MEK synergistically decreases cell proliferation by suppressing cell cycle in NET cells. ⺠The simultaneous treatment also inhibits cell migration by decreasing migration factors, MMP2 and MMP9. ⺠The combined therapy of mTOR and MEK inhibitors may be an effective treatment for NET patients.
