Abstract
⺠Brain, neurons and astrocytes show same aralar protein level. ⺠Aralar mRNA levels are highest in brain and astrocytes. ⺠Cultured astrocytes show similarly high aralar expression. ⺠Late astrocyte expression mimics glutamatergic maturation.
