Abstract
⺠High-frequency stimulus induces a dopamine “undershoot” in rat striatum in vivo. ⺠The dopamine undershoot predicts a resting dopamine concentration of â¼73 nM. ⺠Haloperidol or cocaine eliminates the DA undershoot.
