Abstract
⺠SIRT2 is a class III histone deacetylse that is abundantly expressed in aging brain tissue. ⺠SIRT2 aggravates MG132-induced accumulation of ubiquitinated proteins. ⺠SIRT2 inhibits perinuclear aggresome formation and autophagic flux under proteasome inhibition.
