Abstract
⺠Resveratrol (RES) could bind directly to both fibril and monomer Aβ. ⺠Compared to Congo red, the binding response of RES to monomer Aβ was higher, but to fibril Aβ was lower. ⺠The KD value of RES to both monomer and fibril Aβ were higher than that of CR. ⺠RES could decrease the number and length of amyloid fibril. ⺠RES could stain senile plaque.
