Abstract
► Resveratrol (RES) could bind directly to both fibril and monomer Aβ. ► Compared to Congo red, the binding response of RES to monomer Aβ was higher, but to fibril Aβ was lower. ► The KD value of RES to both monomer and fibril Aβ were higher than that of CR. ► RES could decrease the number and length of amyloid fibril. ► RES could stain senile plaque.
