Abstract
⺠The antidepressant Tianeptine enhances AMPA but not NMDA receptor function in the CA1. ⺠Tianeptine induces phosphorylation of GluA1 but not NA1 in the hippocampus. ⺠Tianeptine activates CaMKII, PKA and the p38, p42/44 JNK pathways.
