Abstract
												⺠Salsolinol administered into the pVTA induces conditioned place preference. ⺠Intra-VTA administration of Salsolinol increases DA in the ipsilateral NAc shell. ⺠Blockade of the MORs prevents the salsolinol-induced increase in DA levels.
