Abstract
⺠IL-1β increases p53 and COX-2 interaction in glioma cancer stem-like cells (CSCs). ⺠Elevated p53 has no effect on the proliferation of CSCs. ⺠COX-2 regulates self renewal capacity of CSCs independent of p53 status. ⺠COX-2 may serve as a potential anti-glioma target.
