Abstract
⺠Corilagin attenuated tert-butyl hydroperoxide-induced oxidative injury in cultured N9 murine microglia cells. ⺠Corilagin inhibited tert-butyl hydroperoxide-induced apoptosis in cultured N9 murine microglia cells. ⺠Corilagin improved the activity of superoxide dismutase and total antioxidant capacity. ⺠Corilagin decreased intracellular reactive oxygen species and restored mitochondrial membrane potential. ⺠Corilagin upregulated Bcl-2 expression and downregulated the Bax/Bcl-2 ratio.
