Abstract
ⶠPA synthesis from exogenous SAG was diminished in CC and Hp synaptosomes from aged rats. ⶠAging decrease PI synthesis in synaptosomes from CC. ⶠInsulin differentially stimulates PA synthesis from exogenous SAG in CC and Hp synaptosomes from adult and aged rats. ⶠThe inhibition of PI synthesis in CC synaptosomes from aged rats was found to be reverted by insulin.
