Abstract
▶ EAAC1 mRNA is observed in hippocampal neuronal dendrites in vitro. ▶ EAAC1 mRNA is observed in dendrites in vivo. ▶ Pilocarpine-induced seizures increase dendritic localization of EAAC1 mRNA. ▶ Kainate-induced seizures increase in dendritic localization of EAAC1 mRNA.
