Abstract
⺠ChREBP/MondoA-Mlx transcription factors are activated by intracellular glucose flux. ⺠ChREBP/MondoA-Mlx regulate metabolic targets involved in glycolysis and lipogenesis. ⺠The intracellular glucose sensing system in conserved in multicellular animals. ⺠ChREBP/MondoA-Mlx and their regulators are potential therapeutic targets.
