Abstract
⺠The structure of an RNA editing substrate dictates which adenosine is targeted. ⺠Splicing and RNA editing may compete for access to the transcript. ⺠Most RNA editing events must occur before splicing. ⺠Investigating the interaction of editing and splicing in vivo is necessary.
